Anlässlich seiner „Darkness And Light“ – Tour kommt John Legend für fünf Konzerte nach Deutschland. Bei seiner Tour wird er von Sänger und Songwriter Jack Savoretti begleitet.

John Legend ist einer der ganz großen Musik-Künstler unserer Zeit. Der charismatische Singer-Songwriter wurde bereits mit zehn Grammys ausgezeichnet, und für den Song “Glory” (aus dem Film “Selma”) erhielt er jeweils einen Golden Globe und einen Academy Award. John Legend sorgte bereits vor seinem Debütalbum für klasse Musik, und kollaborierte 2001 mit Kanye West. 2004 erschien dann seine erste Platte “Get Lifted”, auf welcher sich Künstler wie Kanye West, will.i.am und Dave Tozer als Producer verantwortlich zeichneten. Das Album wurde ein Riesenerfolg und wurde in der Kategorie “Best R&B Album” mit einem Grammy ausgezeichnet. Es folgten schnell eine Menge spannender Kollaborationen, so etwa mit Jay Z, Fergie, MSTRKRFT, Joss Stone und Sly & The Family Stone. 2006 folgte das Album “Once Again”, das mit klasse Songs wie “Heaven”, “Save Room”, “Stereo” und “Show Me” aufwarten konnte. Zwei Jahre später veröffentlichte John Legend sein drittes Album “”Evolver”, das mit Songs wie “Green Light” und “Everybody Knows” zum großen Erfolg wurde. Gemeinsam mit der Hip-Hop-Band The Roots veröffentlichte John Legend 2010 das Album “Wake Up!”, bevor 2013 dann das Album “Love In The Future” erschien. Weitere drei Jahre später wurden Fans des talentierten amerikanischen Sängers mit dem fünften Album “Darkness and Light” belohnt, auf welchem auch Chance The Rapper, Brittany Howard und Miguel mitwirkten.
