Barclays Arena Tickets

From the South
Take the A7 Exit Hamburg-Volkspark and follow the signs and the car-park routing system "Arena"/Barclays Arena. Also if you take the exit Bahrenfeld you will be led by signs to the venue.

From the North
If you take the A23 or A7, follow the A7 in southern direction at the motorway junction Hamburg-Nordwest and take exit Hamburg-Stellingen. Follow the signs "Arena".

From the East
Take the A24 direction Hamburg until the roundabout. Exit direction Centrum on Sievekingsallee-Street becoming Bürgerweide as it continues. When hitting a T-shaped junction make a right turn into Wallstraße, becoming Sechslingspforte in direction Alster-lake. Make a left turn at Alster-lake and cross the first bridge (Kennedybrücke) keeping on the right. Go straight ahead and follow the main road with a slight left towards TV tower. Go straight for about 5 km and then make a right turn into Schnackenburgallee. Follow this road until you reach the parking area for the arenas.

From the West
At the motorway junction Buchholzer Dreieck leave the A1 for the A261 up to motorway junction Hamburg-Südwest. Change on the A7 direction north and exit at Hamburg-Volkspark or Hamburg-Bahrenfeld following the signs "Arena"/Barclays Arena.

S-Bahn:
From Hamburg main station take the S3 direction Pinneberg or S5 direction Elbgaustraße and alight at Stellingen - Arenen. From there the Barclays Arena can be reached via bus shuttle service.

Metrobus:
Line 22: S-Blankenese - U-Kellinghusenstraße, Bus stop: Hellgrundweg/Arenen;
Line 180: S-Holstenstraße - S- Stellingen - Arenen, Bus stop: Arenen

Getting there
For spectators who hold a handicapped pass showing 'aG' (extraordinary walking disability) the O" World has reserved 48 free-of-charge parking spaces at VIP-parking lot BLUE in proximity to the eastern entrance. You will reach it via Hellgrundweg and parking lot GREY. Please have your handicapped pass ready.

These regulations are not valid for handicapped passes showing 'G' (walking disabilty).

In case you arrive by public transport there is a free-of-charge bus shuttle from S-Bahn Stellingen station.

Admission
A ramp at entrance E2 serves for easy ground level access for wheelchair users or families with prams. This entrance is located directly at parking lot BLUE. Inside the O2 World the different levels can easily be reached by elevator.

Seating
Seats reserved for wheelchair users and their escort are located on ground level behind sections U1 to U4 and U18 to U20 and can be reached via two ramps from the ground level gallery. A sum of 79 spaces for wheelchair users and 79 escort seats is provided.

Please consider special space needs when purchasing tickets as space may be restricted by demand and event requirements.

Restrooms
Restrooms accessible for wheelchair users are located on each level of the Barclays Arena. On ground level they can be found directly at the wheelchair ramps, also marked by signs.

Restaurants / Catering / Boxes
Four elevators make the gastronomic choice of the Barclays Arena accessible: three theme-restaurants and four bars on levels basement, ground, 2 and 3 as well as 17 fastfood outlets on ground level and level 2. Restaurant and VIP-box entrances are constructed without threshold.

Parking at the Arena

The car park routing system is indicating the parking space available and is guidung you directly to the parking facilities close to the Arena.

Additional parking space can be found in the vicinity of the football stadium, parking areas are marked as WHITE, YELLOW, BROWN or GREEN. Please consider that access to Volkspark via Stadionstraße and Hellgrundweg is restricted during football matches.

Please note: Sylvesterallee-Street is closed for individual traffic during events.
