Payment will not be made until after the event. We try to make the payment 10 - 12 business days after the event has taken place via our payment service provider Adyen. Please note that your bank statement will show our payment provider Adyen as the source of the payment, not Ticketmaster.
To check or update your payment information, simply go to "Upcoming Events", then click on "My Profile" and "Seller Details" and enter the new bank account information there.
For some events, the Event Organizer has placed price restrictions on the resale of tickets. When the Event Organizer places price restrictions on resale tickets, your resale price per ticket cannot fall outside of the minimum or maximum set. If it does, you’ll see an alert notifying you to change your price.
