Ticketmaster Suite Berlin Tickets

Simply select the desired event and the number of seats in the Ticketmaster Suite. After the purchase you will receive an eTicket as a purchase confirmation or voucher. This needs to be exchanged on site for Ticketmaster Suite ticket for the Ticketmaster Suite. Please use the premium entrance of the arena to enter the Ticketmaster Suite. At the entrance, your eTicket (Ticketmaster purchase confirmation/voucher) will be exchanged in a ticket for Ticketmaster Suite 346. This ticket is the only way to get access to the Ticketmaster Suite. Further information can be found on the eTicket.

 Your eTicket does not give you direct access to the suite. Registration takes place under the name of the ticket purchaser.

If the ticket buyer does not attend the event in person, the ticket can be transferred to another person via ticketmaster using a power of attorney. You can obtain the corresponding power of attorney from our VIP customer service, who can help you at vip@ticketmaster.de.

You can choose between balcony seats (front 2 rows) and bar stool seats (back row). From all seats in the Ticketmaster Suite you have an optimal view of the stage and what is happening in the Uber Arena.

Doors are usually 2 hours before the start of the event. We ask for your understanding that there may occasionally be deviations due to production. Our team will attempt to notify the ticket purchaser in a timely manner of changes to entry into the Ticketmaster Suite.

Admission to sporting events usually begins 90 minutes before the start of the game.

If multiple events are held on the same day, access to the Ticketmaster Suite may be restricted before and after each event to allow for cleaning and security checks.

As a precaution, we would like to point out that access to the suite is always subject to the completion of the sound checks, confirmation by the promoter of the event and similar technical factors. If admission is delayed at short notice, Ticketmaster Suite visitors can use the Premium Lounge as a place to stay.

The Ticketmaster Suite must be exited no later than 90 minutes after the end of the event.

We draw your attention to the fact that the Uber Arena uses an electronic access control system. This means that entering the arena is only possible once! Please contact the Guest Service Counter at the premium entrance of the Uber Arena if you have to leave the location at short notice for important reasons.

The Ticketmaster Suite can be found on suite level 3. Level 3 is reserved exclusively for guests of the Ticketmaster Suite and other owners of the suites including guests. Please show the access authorization to the Guest Service of the Uber Arena if requested.

If you want to leave the suite level to go to the public spectator areas on levels 2 and 4, please get a wrist band from the Uber Arena Guest Service so that you can go back to your seats in the Ticketmaster Suits. Guest Service can be found in front of the elevators from the time of admission for the entire duration of the event.

There are lockers for any valuables you may have brought with you. We would like to mention that we or the operators of the Uber Arena accept no liability for items brought into the event.

There are designated parking areas for wheelchair available in the "Plaza" car park and in the "Arena" car park. The elevators and suites are barrier-free - just like the public areas. Disabled toilets are located on each level near the general public toilets.

Wheelchair users who would like to attend an event in the Uber Arena in the Ticketmaster Suite should contact our VIP customer service at vip@ticketmaster.de before purchasing.

The team shop is located directly in front of the main entrance to the arena. In the arena there are usually fan article / merchandise stands at the premium entrance in the main lobby as well as in walkway on the 2nd floor (usually in the south curve, opposite block 201) and the 4th floor (when open). Payment can be done by credit or ec card and cash.

If you book 2 seats in the Ticketmaster Suite a premium car parking pass is included. The car parking pass will be sent separately by email approx. 8 to 10 days before the event.

Yes. In principle, children, regardless of their age, must have a ticket for an event. We strongly advise not to take children under the age of 6 to events, especially concerts. For small children, the Uber Arena offers a selection of children's earmuffs in the form of headphones. Please contact the Guest Service of the Uber Arena on site.

Please note: children under the age of 18 are not allowed in the Ticketmaster Suite without being accompanied by an adult. The separate youth protection regulations of the respective organizer must also be observed.

No. According to legal regulations, the Uber Arena is a non-smoking arena. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all public areas within the arena. Smoking is only permitted in specially designated smoking areas.

Glasses in your Ticketmaster Suite

Glasses are available for drinks in the suite. For safety reasons, we ask you use the plastic cups provided by the arena on the balcony and at the bar counter directly in front of the balcony.

Meals in the Ticketmaster Suite

Catering is not included in the package for every event in the Ticketmaster Suite. If drinks and/or food are included in the package please check the event description of the corresponding event. In addition, drinks and food can be purchased on site in the arena for a fee, if not provided as part of the package.

Lost & Found

The Uber Arena and Ticketmaster GmbH are not liable for theft, loss or damage to personal property. Lost property can be handed in to the Guest Service of the Uber Arena. If you have lost something, please contact Guest Service. The arena generally stores lost property within the statutory periods until the owner reports. Valuables are registered and stored separately.

Notes on admission

bag ban

To increase security, visitors have not been allowed to take bags or backpacks into the Uber Arena since September 1, 2017. The ban applies to bags and rucksacks as well as gym bags, cloth bags and plastic bags whose largest side is larger than the "DIN A4" format (21.0 x 29.7 cm). Deviating from this, different, stricter regulations of the respective organizer may apply.

storage options

For bags and backpacks that fall under the ban, there is limited storage at the arena for a fee of EUR 5. The fee charged serves to cover costs. Any surpluses are distributed through the association "Anschutz hilft e.V." donated to charity. Alternatively, the lockers at the nearby Ostbahnhof can be used to store larger bags or rucksacks.

In the knowledge of the increased security needs of visitors, artists and organizers, the Uber Arena Berlin introduced walk-through metal detectors at the entrance since August 2016.

The metal detector, as known from airports, are used at all entrances. To avoid work for the security please keep your items to mobile phones, keys and purses or smaller cosmetic bags.

Free wifi

Visitors to the Uber Arena Berlin can use the new high-performance Free Wi-Fi powered by PŸUR at all events. Simply select the SSID "Free Wi-Fi MB Arena" and register with your email address.

Photographic devices / cameras

Your are not permitted to bring or use audio and video recording devices or photo and film cameras. The organizer decides whether to bring along audio or video recording devices as well as photo and film cameras. As a rule, it is permitted to bring and use mobile phone cameras and small, compact digital cameras. Video cameras, single-lens reflex cameras, system cameras/bridge cameras are generally not permitted. Depending on the event, there may be general photo bans and other exceptions.

 Tablets, laptops/notebooks, tripods and so-called "selfie sticks" are generally not permitted in the Uber Arena. Mobile phone chargers are allowed depending on their size. Power banks are allowed – max. size 10x10 cm and only one power bank per person. Please do not bring extra batteries.
