The Dears sind eine Rock’n’Roll-Band aus Montreal, die Anfang 2017 für zwei Shows nach Deutschland kommen wird. Sie sind bekannt für ihre mitreißenden Live-Shows voller Power. The Dears Tickets sind bei Ticketmaster erhältlich.

The Dears gründeten sich 1995 und veröffentlichten ihr Debütalbum „End if a Hollywood Bedtime Story“ im Jahr 2000. Ihre Musik wird gerne mit The Smiths, Radiohead und Jethro Tull verglichen und der Gesang von Frontmann Lightburn erinnert an eine Mischung aus Morrissey und Damon Albarn von der Britrock-Band Blur. Zuletzt nahmen The Dears ein Doppelalbum auf, das aber noch nicht erschienen ist.
