OFFSITE-HOSPITALITY-TICKETS – IMG EVENTS APP
In order to access the offsite hospitality venue, every fan will need to download the IMG Events app on their smartphone to access their ticket.
The app is available now to download on Android and iPhone and guests will receive an email confirming their tickets are available to download and transfer.

Hospitality Package Detail:
The offsite hospitality packages include the following:
Please be aware that you are purchasing a package combining an official NFL game ticket with access to a hospitality event taking place at the Messe Frankfurt exhibition halls from 10:30 – 13:30 on the day of the game.
Your official NFL game ticket will be available in your Ticketmaster account under a new order approx. 14 days prior to the game.
Your ticket for access to the pre-game hospitality event at Messe Frankfurt will be delivered by IMG/On Location through the official IMG Experiences app.
Access to Frankfurt Stadium for the NFL game will only be possible with official game ticket provided by Ticketmaster.
Access to Messe Frankfurt event will only be possible with official IMG Experiences ticket. All customers will need to download the IMG Experiences app
NFL Offsite Hospitality by IMG tickets are available at Ticketmaster.
The offsite hospitality packages include the following:
- Official ticket for Frankfurt Stadium (middle tier/sideline/end zone).
- Access to our hospitality in downtown Frankfurt (3 hours before the game from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.)
- Free bar with beer, wine, soft drinks and hot beverages
- High quality buffet before the game
- Cheerleaders
- Q&A session with NFL legends
- Official NFL fan merchandise available for purchase
- Interactive and engaging entertainment
- Round-trip train transportation from Frankfurt Central Station included
